Return and Refund Policy

For Pre-orders:

Pre-order arrival dates are simply estimates and not guaranteed; deposits are non-refundable. Pre-order arrival dates are simply estimates and not guaranteed; deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are only refunded when the manufacturer ceases making the item that was pre-ordered.

We are unable to return the down payment in the case that the preordered item is delayed. We can only provide a refund when the supplier cancels the pre order.

Pre- Order Downpayments

By default, down payments are neither refundable nor transferable.

Down payment refunds are only permitted under the ff. conditions:

1. The supplier won't be able to fill your pre-order since the item is subject to allocation. Subject to Allocation signifies that the producer only ships a certain number of the product per market.

2. Limited preorder slots from the manufacturer and things lost in transportation were only two of the reasons we weren't able to get a preorder slot from our supplier.

Damaged Items

Items mishandled by the courier cannot be refunded (independent of the checkout channel). If you want security for direct courier deliveries, you can pay an extra cost. Please work directly with the relevant Customer Service for Shopee/Lazada. We'll help you out by giving you screenshots of the item before delivery.
