Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
Arrival Dates and Deposits
Pre-order arrival dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable by default. Refunds for deposits are only permitted under specific circumstances:
Supplier Allocation: If the supplier cannot fulfill your pre-order because the item is subject to allocation (meaning the manufacturer only ships a limited number of products per market).
Supplier Constraints: If we are unable to secure a pre-order slot from the supplier due to limited slots, production constraints, or items lost in transit.
Non-Refundable Situations
Deposits cannot be refunded if the pre-ordered item is delayed. Refunds are only available if the supplier cancels the pre-order.
Forfeiture of Deposits
Claim Period: Customers must claim their pre-ordered items within 5 days of being notified that the items are ready for pickup or after the invoice for full payment has been sent. If the item is not claimed within this period, we reserve the right to forfeit the deposit and offer the unclaimed item to the public.
Unclaimed Items and Storage Fees: If the item remains unclaimed after the 5-day notice period, and the deposit is forfeited, a storage fee of ₱100 per week will be applied for as long as the item is held.
Damaged Items
Items that are mishandled by the courier are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the checkout channel. For added security, customers can pay an additional fee for courier delivery protection. For issues with deliveries via Shopee or Lazada, please contact their Customer Service directly. We can provide screenshots of the item prior to delivery to assist in these situations.
